Who can use this service?

Anyone in India or abroad who needs on-ground help in Bengaluru—NRIs, founders, families, students, SMBs, and enterprises.

What tasks do you handle?

Personal errands, shopping & delivery, place/temple visits, business testing/mystery shopping, expert consultation, local research, event assistance, document handling, property checks, queue/token waiting, and custom projects—so long as they are legal, safe, and reasonable. See Services.

How do you price tasks?

Pricing starts at ₹500 base (includes first hour on-site/travel as quoted) + ₹300/hour thereafter, billed in 30-minute blocks. Distance/parking/tolls and complexity may add surcharges. Purchases are billed at actuals (bills shared) + service time.

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI, bank transfer (IMPS/NEFT), and most cards via payment links. For high-value purchases, we may request an advance.

Do you provide invoices or receipts?

Yes—digital receipts for service fees and copies/photos of vendor bills for purchases. Formal invoices can be issued on request.

What are your working hours?

All days, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST. Urgent after-hours requests are best-effort and may include a rush fee.

How soon can you start?

Same-day is often possible. Actual start depends on access permissions, queues, traffic, and runner availability.

What proof do I receive?

Photos/videos, bill copies, and short notes where allowed. In restricted zones (e.g., no-photo areas), we provide alternate proof—stamped slips, officer sign-offs, or detailed notes.

Can you handle high-value or fragile items?

Yes, with declared value and packaging guidance. You may arrange insurance/courier for extra protection; we may decline risky hand-carry.

What is your cancellation or reschedule policy?

Free reschedule if requested ≥12 hours before start. Inside 12 hours, a minimum ₹500 or time spent may apply. If we arrive and access is denied/no-show, time and travel charges apply.

What real-world delays should I expect?

Bengaluru traffic, rain, token/queue closures, vendor stock-outs, “cash-only” counters, and photo-restricted premises. We’ll propose alternatives if policies change on-site.

Are there tasks you won’t do?

We do not accept any illegal, unsafe, or unethical tasks—no contraband, weapons, narcotics, bribery, impersonation, or unauthorized access. We comply with local laws and premises rules at all times.

How do you handle my data and privacy?

We use your information only to execute your task. Operational details are shared on a need-to-know basis with runners and vendors. Sensitive IDs and documents are handled securely and retained only as required.
