PurelyAssist provides on-ground task assistance services in Bangalore, including but not limited to personal errands, shopping, site visits, document handling, and other tasks as described on our website.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information for task execution
• Ensure requests are legal and ethical
• Make timely payments for services rendered
• Provide clear instructions and be available for clarification

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of tasks unless otherwise arranged. We reserve the right to request partial payment in advance for large or complex tasks.

5. Cancellation Policy

Tasks can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Later cancellations may incur a partial charge based on preparation time and expenses already incurred.

6. Liability Limitations

While we exercise care in performing tasks, PurelyAssist's liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and materials provided are the property of PurelyAssist and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.

9. Changes to Terms
